Responsibilities：
-Make sure all the work be finished during the process from concept design to development design
-Be able to review design of all phases, and ensure the overall quality of design-To fully control the result of perspective, model, multimedia, technical drawing, reporting materials, related work unit and professional achievements
-Pursue design quality and solve actual problem actively-Be able to seek project opportunities actively, cooperate with business team to sign project contract-In charge of the performance review and training of team members-Complete other work arranged by leadership 
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above in architectural or other related studies
-Engage in the professional design job more than 10 years, working experience in large design institute is required, familiar with project standard
-Have strong project exploration ability to take creative design result for architectural project-Strong capability of project management and high level of reporting
-Team management skill and team building experience is necessary, develop whole team
-Be open to new things and innovative-Good communication skill, rich experience of cooperation with developer, ability to cooperate with other professional and related units-Have a stable and mature career mindset-Good English and Chinese communication skill
