-Architecture/ Interior Design graduated. 
-Minimum 6 years of work experience in Interior Design and/or Construction Industry. 
-Familiar with good documentation pack’s 
– Schematic Design / Detail Design and with China main 
regulations. 
-Solid on-site experience in Large Retail Architecture is a MUST. 
-Basic Architectural/ Structural/ MEP/ Fire Services knowledge background is ESSENTIAL. 
-Knowledge of Local Regulation and Building Code is a plus. 
-Software skills included but not limited to: 
A. AutoCad – Advance High Level. 
B. SketchUp. 
C. Microsoft office. 
D. Keynote. 
E. Photoshop, AI 
F. 3D Max and/ or other related software is a plus. 
-Familiar with construction detail, project documentation and procedure. 
-Must be fluent in Verbal and Written Mandarin. Fluent English is a plus. 
-Immediate availability is preferred.
