岗位职责：
1. 参与建筑项目的方案设计与实施，完成从概念到施工图的全过程设计；
2. 制定建筑方案设计计划，确保设计符合规范和项目要求；
3. 与甲方及相关部门沟通，协调设计进度和质量；
4. 负责建筑施工图的绘制与审查，确保设计细节的准确性；
5. 参与设计团队协作，提供技术支持和建议；
6. 确保设计成果符合国家规范及行业标准。
任职资格：
1. 建筑学专业，本科及以上学历；
2. 具备1-3年建筑设计相关工作经验，优秀应届生可放宽；
3. 熟练掌握Auto CAD、Photoshop、SketchUp、lumion、ID等专业软件；
4. 具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神；
5. 热衷建筑设计，具备创新思维与解决复杂问题的能力。
